In coordination with the Graduate School’s Faculty Advancing Inclusive Mentoring (FAIM) Resource Center, this workshop will outline the expectations for mentors participating in the program, provide resources for mentors preparing them to provide an overall positive experience for their mentee, and answer any questions mentors may have about the program. If you are unable to attend the orientation due to extenuating circumstances, an exception can be made, but you must contact Olivia Lang (owl8@cornell.edu) and Savita Sastry (scs298@cornell.edu) in advance.
